Primary duties
- Be in charge of the education and welfare of appointed classes and groups of pupils at the direction of the Chief tutor, in accordance with the qualifications of the school.
- Possess due regard for the qualifications of the National Syllabus, this school’s goals, targets, and schemes of work, and the rules drawn up by this school’s Regulatory authority, in addition to supporting to the ethos of the School.
- Strategize organize, and train lessons and sequences of lessons to the classes they are allocated inside the circumstance of the school’s strategies, syllabus, and schemes of work as directed.
- Train, according to their teaching needs, the pupils allocated to you, which includes the setting and marking of work carried out by the pupils in school and elsewhere.
- Evaluate, track, document, and documentation on the learning needs, development, advancement, and achievement of allocated pupils.
- Engage in structured for getting ready pupils for external examinations, evaluating pupils for the purposes of such examinations, and recording and status updates such evaluations; and engaging in structured for pupils’ visual communication for, and carry out in, such examinations.
- Preserve good order and discipline among the pupils you are training, and distribute in the corporate duty for the well-being and conduct of all pupils in school.
- Ensure protection of the pupils’ and your own safety, both when authorised to be on the school premises and when you are engaged in authorised school initiatives elsewhere.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / BA Academic qualification in CRK Education with a minimum of 3 years of work expertise
- Applicants must possess graduated from any of the current credible universities and be adaptable in both the Nigerian and British School curricula.
- At least 5 years demonstrated expertise as a CRS tutor
- Must be computer literate.
- Outstanding people competencies.
- Clear articulation competencies, both verbal and documented.
- Outstanding planning abilities
- Understanding with interactive training resources and 21st-century training methods
- TRCN Accreditation is a plus.
