Technical Support to the Corporate head at Raybond Technical Limited in Ikeja, GRA - Lagos

Position Overview

The Technical Support will directly assist the Corporate head by managing technical and project synchronization duty. This role is preferred for a inspired Engineer and a want to gain practical experience in the Engineering industry. She will coordinate with top level management, unit-specific heads, and compliance-related authorities on representing the Corporate head on selected concerns.

Obligations and Duties

• Offer IT assistance to the MD on various projects.
• Help in getting ready project documentation, proposals, and recordkeeping for demonstrations.
• Participate sessions with or on representing the MD and check in on the elevated concerns/points of action from those sessions until they possess been okay closed out.
• Sustain trusted partnerships with within and outside the organization participants.
• Organize with project teams to guarantee on-schedule finish and productive project coordination.
• Analysis market trends, project data, and new technical solutions to assist strategic strategic judgment.
• Collaborate with the PA to the MD to guarantee that the MD’s timetable of initiatives is fully aligned and in sync to guarantee most effective utilization of the MD’s time and assets.
• Execute any other obligations as allocated by the MD.

Credentials

• First Academic qualification in applicable engineering site with a minimum of three (3) years’ expertise in the petroleum sector solutions industry.
• Applicable qualifications is a plus.
• Expertise in conceptualizing, supervising and analyzing petroleum sector facility project Engineering concerns arising from agreement implementation.
• Capability to take decision with lots of programs.
• Comprehensive expertise in connection leadership abilities with spoken communication verbal abilities.
• Pleasant disposition to operate.
• Capability to manage private information with discretion and competence
• Good visual communication and bargaining ability.
