• Expect visitor needs and address requests in a prompt, specialist manner.
• Manage visitor service issues or matters with patience and report to higher support tier as required.
• Work alongside kitchen and bar employees to guarantee smooth order flow and service.
• Process payments precisely and problem receipts.
• Preserve cleanliness and hygiene guidelines in all service zones.
