Duties

• Delivers site Health, safety, and environment assist and direction throughout all initiatives.
• Adherence:

• Encourages a safe culture by being informed, mindful, learning, fair and respectful.
• Conduct Based Safety (BBS):
• Owns BBS resources and methods;
• Boosts and trainers the staff in Conductual Based Safety;
• Guarantee:
• Execute audits to measure the level of safety culture;
• Carries out or supports safety audits and inspections as per audit strategy;
• Delivers Health, safety, and environment input to Health, safety, and environment Management System Assessments;
• System issue Management:
• Ensures Incidents are documented & reported;
• Arranges starting system issue documentation;
• Carries out instant System issue & Near Miss investigative;
• Supports & engages in High-Level System issue inquiries;
• Development & Mentoring:
• Make sure that the organization safety requirements are communicated to the staff;
• Delivers development sessions as per Development Strategy & Ability development qualifications;
• Teachs staff on Lessons Learnt from previous & industry incidents;
• Contingency Management:
• Offer rapid reply in crisis conditions;
• Assessments contingency drills to preserve and grow employees ability;
• To help in setting up an efficient crisis-management company in-field;
• Development & Mentoring:Trainers teams on Health, safety, and environment and executes Health, safety, and environment relation sessions with them;
• Environment:
• Measures necessary ecological parameters;
• Ensures Waste Segregation is observed;
• Operating Environment:Carry out and check in on office evaluations;
• Quality assurance:Track the quality of data entered in the status updates & action tracking resources;
• Vendor Management:Supervises vendor and advisors in every facet of workplace safety and wellness;
• Record regulate.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 10 - 14 years work expertise. Sustains full consciousness of all current relevant legislative and guarantee qualifications.
