Position Overview

This position shall offer complete dental care to our patients. It includes responsibility for diagnosing, treating, and advising on various dental concerns. Your primary goal will be to advance and preserve good spoken communication health among our patients. This includes responsibility for not only treating current dental terms but also teaching individuals about preventive dental care procedures. By supporting routine inspection-ups and emphasizing proper dental health practices routines, you will support to the long-term well-being of our patients.

Duties

• Carry out complete dental examinations to evaluate patients' spoken communication health
• Examine patient records, diagnose and convey dental terms and formulate personalised treatment strategies
• Execute dental standardized processes which includes fillings, removals, root canals, dental cleanings, crown placements and plaque removals.
• Convey treatment strategies, standardized processes, and post-operative care directions transparently to patients.
• Manage fluoride treatments and sealants as necessary.
• Order and analyze dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to assist in precise diagnoses.
• Offer prompt and efficient crisis dental care when necessary.
• Handle and ease patients' dental pain and discomfort.
• Prescribe medications as needed
• Teach patients on proper dental health practices procedures and proactive treatment.
• Work alongside dental assistants, nurses, hygienists, and assistants to guarantee smooth patient flow and quality of care.
• Preserve precise patient records and treatment notes.
• Stay informed on the latest dental methods and technical solutions.
• Follow all ethical and specialist guidelines in dentistry.
• Handle patient matters and questions with empathy and competence.
• Support to the servicing & maintenance and cleanliness of the laboratory facilities and workspaces.
• Execute workspace management duty that often require the use of a personal computer (planning assignments, responding the telephone, and invoicing)
• Show competence, honesty and reliability, and empathy in all engagements with patients, teammates, and participants, preserving secrecy and respecting patient rights and confidentiality.

Credentials

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/BChD), Bachelor or Dentistry (BDent) Academic qualification
• 0-2 years of industry/hands-on patient care
• Dental practising licence and registration in good standing
• Solid understanding of dental methods, standardized processes, and use of dental tools.
• Good corporate and schedule control competencies.
• Competence in computer applications and dental software and applications
• Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.
