Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Healthcare Billing and cash clerk to join our team.
As a Healthcare Billing and cash clerk, you will be in charge of coordinating patient invoicing, payments, and financial financial record in a dynamic healthcare environment.
You will offer outstanding client support, ensure precision and effectiveness in financial financial record, and protect privacy and adherence with healthcare rules.

Process patient payments, coverage requests, and invoices precisely and productively.
Oversee patient accounts, which includes posting charges, payments, and modifications.
Offer outstanding client support to patients, families, and healthcare vendors.
Settle invoicing concerns and response patient questions in a specialist and courteous manner.
Protect privacy and adherence with healthcare rules, which includes HIPAA.
Execute routine cash managing obligations, which includes balancing cash drawers and adjusting discrepancies.
Work alongside other departments to settle invoicing and payment concerns.

Secondary school certificate or equivalent necessary; associate's academic qualification or accreditation in a relevant field preferred.
Previous expertise in a healthcare environment.
Basic expertise in medical invoicing and coverage standardized processes.
Clear articulation competencies.
Capability to operate precisely and productively in a dynamic environment.
Understanding with healthcare software and operational structures.
