Duties

• Execute thorough cleaning of all organisation zones, which includes kitchens, storage guest accommodations, and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize countertops, tools, sinks, and floors to prevent cross-pollution and ensure food safety.
• Collect, dispose and oversee all waste bins, making sure the premises remain free off dirt.
• Sweep and mop floors routinely to keep them spotless and safe.
• Help with washing dishes, utensils and cookware, making sure they are clean and operational.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked and hygienic for employees and visitors.
• Clean and preserve cleaning tools and ensure proper storage of cleaning inventory.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene standard procedures and organisation rules to produce a secure operating environment.
• Help in supervising cleaning inventory and restocking them as needed.
• Work alongside employees, chefs and coworker to preserve an entire clean and structured kitchen and work environment.

Other Qualifications:

Applicants should have a First School Departing Certification / SSCE credentials with 1 - 2 years of work expertise. Proximity to Ikate and Lekki stage 1 is preferred.
