POS Technician at Moniepoint Incorporated in Lagos

About the Position

The POS technician is saddled with the duty of repairing, assisting and preserving the Point of Sales (POS) and associated devices. Work includes servicing & maintenance and assist of all POS terminals ( Linux and Android, Mpos, and Kiosk) within our allocation network.

Duties

• Work closely inside the hardware department to oversee the comprehensive fix process.
• Offer second level assist on hardware associated concerns. 
• Oversee & Organize Terminal Fix Centers across our network
• Execute other obligations as assigned and allocated by his/her Direct supervisor

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma with at least 2 years of expertise in a relevant position.
• Technical capability to carry out repairs on PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck and Topwise Terminals.
• Expertise with the Agency banking business would be beneficial.
• Good computer competencies. Must possess expertise of the Ms office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good Connection competencies and emotional intelligence competencies
• Must be self-motivated and be capable to proactive action
• Effective communication and people skills
• Capability to operate with limited oversight.
• Skilled in English
• Resident in Lagos State.
