Retail assistant / Store merchandising executive at Welcome U Shopping (8 Openings) in Nigeria

Position Overview

We are looking for a initiative-driven and meticulous Sales Colleagues / Store merchandising executives to join our team in Oginigba, Trans Amadi, Woji, Elelenwo, Rukpokwu, Iwofe, Eneka, SARS Road and nearby sites.The preferred candidate will make sure that goods are well displayed, fully stocked, and attractively delivered to optimize sales and client fulfillment.

Primary duties

• Organize and preserve attractive product displays in line with organisation guidelines.
• Track inventory levels, replenish shelves, and documentation shortages, compensation, or near-expiry goods.
• Make sales and supply prompt documentation.
• Build and sustain trusted partnerships with store managers and employees to secure prime shelf space.
• Track rivals’ goods, pricing, and campaigns, and documentation findings for executive review.
• Offer consistent response on product effectiveness and client preferences.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation merchandising standard procedures and health/safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least OND/NCE certification; SSCE holders with expertise may be assessed.
• Must reside within Oginiba, Woji, Elelenwo, Trans Amadi, Iwofe, Rukpokwu,SARS Road, Eneka, PH and its environs
• Possess good client support relations.
• Demonstrated expertise in merchandising, sales, or in-store (FMCG or supermarket expertise is a plus).
• Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate independently
• Physically suit to manage stocking and product structured.
• Meticulousness and sharp understanding of graphics visual communication.

Bargain and connection management. Basic status updates and document-keeping competencies.
