Role summary

Delegate to act as the primary point of reach out for residents in a residential group. This position is vital in making sure outstanding client support, nurturing positive connections, and coordinating smooth information exchange between residents and the organization.

Primary duties

• Serve as the first point of reach out for residents, dealing with questions promptly and competently.
• Teach residents on the perks and capabilities of the organization’s solutions to improve relation and fulfillment.
• Accept, record, and relay resident service issues or response to the suitable departments for solution.
• Preserve a welcoming and approachable demeanor to build trust and connection with residents.
• Execute basic managerial duty, which includes data recording engagements and preserving precise records.

Credentials

• OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Friendly, patient, and client-oriented mindset.
• Capability to manage questions and service issues with competence and tact.
• Basic corporate and recordkeeping competencies.
• Previous client support expertise will be an added advantage but not necessary.
