Job Description
Duties
- Timetable and track consistent preventive maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles.
- Guarantee promptness repairs and servicing & maintenance to reduce non-operational time.
- Preserve current records of vehicle servicing & maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Carry out standard procedure vehicle inspections to recognize concerns and ensure deployment readiness.
- Organize with external service vendors, mechanics, and parts suppliers.
- Track fuel usage, tire wear, and other business data to identify inefficiencies.
- Guarantee adherence with supporting transport, safety, and ecological rules.
- Track warranties, coverage, registration, and agreement extension due dates.
- Help in procurement and installation of new parts and accessories.
- Offer IT assistance and direction to drivers regarding vehicle process and basic servicing & maintenance.
- Organize and send servicing & maintenance documentation for executive review.
- Preserve an stock of spare parts and ensure proper inventory levels.
Qualifications
- HND qualification or Academic qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Tech, or relevant field.
- Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) in fleet or vehicle servicing & maintenance.
- Expertise in vehicle diagnostics, fix standardized processes, and servicing & maintenance organizing.
- Understanding with fleet management software and MS Workspace Suite.
- Valid driving permit.
