Position Overview

The Speaker/Producer will be in charge of organizing programs on-air while also monitoring the organizing, development, and generation of content. This position requires clear expression, creativeness, and planning abilities to supply premium quality programs that engage and captivate our audience.

Primary duties

• Show live and pre-documented programs with competence, trust, and audience relation.
• Analysis, strategize and generate captivating content for programs.
• Formulate scripts, show outlines, and programme flow.
• Carry out interviews with guests, professionals, and team members.
• Work alongside generation, technical, and editorial teams to guarantee smooth dispatch of programs.
• Refine and evaluate content to preserve standards and significance.
• Stay current with ongoing events, practices, and audience interests to keep content fresh and compelling.
• Ensure programs match with the station’s aspiration, corporate identity, and broadcasting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Mass Information exchange, Media Studies, Journalism, or relevant field.
• 2 - 5 applicable professional background.
• Demonstrated expertise as a speaker and / or producer in a media or broadcasting environment.
• Outstanding spoken communication, visual communication, and interviewing competencies.
• Robust innovative and narrative creation abilities.
• Task juggling skill, perform in high-stress situations, and deliver on time.
• Competence in content generation resources and basic editing competencies (audio/video) is a plus.
• A assured, compelling personality with the capability to link with multifaceted target groups.
