Duties

• Accept and take action promptly to all client questions through phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
• Preserve specialist and friendly information exchange at all times.
• Verify client orders, confirm item accessibility, and ensure order precision.
• Log and check in on all orders to guarantee prompt processing and dispatch.
• Work directly with the MD to build and sustain connections with direct buyers.
• Ensure elite service is offered to these buyers, with initiative-driven order client engagement and problem solving.
• Keep documentation of direct procurement officer record, which includes: preferences, buy quantity, and response.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track order status and guarantee promptness dispatch.
• Convey transparently to clients on dispatch status, dispatch timelines, and any setbacks.
• Manage all client service issues quickly and competently, escalating where necessary to the Chief Human resources/Administrator or MD.
• Keep a document of service issues and how they were settled.
• Preserve and modify an structured client DB (especially for direct buyers and repeat customers).
• Track consistent buying clients, flag idle ones, and endorse re-relation steps.
• Distribute findings and response from clients with the business promotion & sales teams. Suggest enhancements based on repeated client matters or requests.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / OND / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 2-4 years work expertise.
