Position Description

• Use Enterprise platform planning (SAP and GEP SMART where relevant) to execute key methods in procurement and stock.
• Clarify to teammates and other internal participants the classifications of inventories supplied by the company.
• Compare stock management methods and use suitable methods to oversee inventories.
• Carry out the efficient and productive organizing and regulate of inventories, which includes by receiving, issuing, planning, Standardizing, and evaluating inventories.
• Clarify how stores and warehouses can be designed to guarantee the effectiveness and performance of the sites of inventories, stock flow, and space utilization.
• Clarify the use of materials managing tools and palletisation and unit loads, packing and wrapping, and automatic control in warehouse management.
• Check that documents used in the transportation of inventory are finished and approved correctly.
• Make sure that supplies are in line with recorded qualifications.
• Track levels of stock and take actions to reduce risk oversupply and reduce the risk of stockouts.
