Job Description

As a Promotion Associate at Atinudah BrandCo, you will play a practical position in carrying out marketing, assisting customer accounts, and pushing the daily promotion work that keeps the agency running.
You’ll help with content development, customer information exchange, project coordination, and marketing status updates, learning how to build and oversee influential promotional initiatives from the ground up.
This position is preferred for someone with a robust innovative instinct, digital promotional expertise, and a hunger to grow in a dynamic, cooperative environment.
You’ll work directly with the Promotion Account support manager and cross-operational teams (UI/UX professionals, strategists, and content creators) to supply bold, culture-driven marketing.

Track basic KPIs using resources like Instagram Findings, Meta Business executive manager, and Mailchimp
Assist assemble marketing effectiveness documentation and bring to attention advancement zone
Capture customer response and assist marketing optimizations

1–2+ years of expertise in promotion, marketing, or corporate identity information exchange
Basic expertise in digital promotion, content formation, and marketing implementation
Robust drafting and verbal abilities
Structured, meticulous, and keen to grow quickly
Task juggling skill across customers and timelines in a efficient-moving environment
Understanding with resources which includes Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
Social platforms management or copywriting expertise
Enthusiasm for culture, lifestyle, and the African innovative economy
