Position Overview

We’re seeking a Finance & Operations specialist - a sharp, initiative-driven specialist who thrives at the overlap of finance, processes, and executive guidance assist. Processes & Implementation:

• Assist daily processes, making sure all teams remain in sync and outputs are fulfilled.
• Execute and oversee resources/operational structures (CRMs, dashboards, project coordination channels) to optimize productivity.
• Track delivery schedules, bring to attention risks, and follow through on implementation.

Executive guidance Assist:

• Collaborate with the MD on analysis, rival evaluation, and project setup of documentation, demonstrations, and summaries.
• Arrange key focuses, track action items, and guarantee promptness follow-ups on obligations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and associates to guarantee information flows productively to executive guidance.
• Convert big-picture creative thoughts into clear, implementable strategies.
• Who You Are Graduate with 3–6 years’ expertise in finance, advising, processes, or operational aid.
• Robust technical resource pack: Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, dashboards, project coordination resources.
• Highly logical, meticulous, and structured.
• Outstanding speaker — robust documented and verbal competencies.
• A self-starter who excels within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
