Primary duties

• Supply a range of spa and wellness treatments (massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, reflexology, etc.) tailored to customers’ needs.
• Carry out thorough discussions to comprehend customers’ health, preferences, and treatment targets.
• Endorse suitable therapies, aftercare, and homecare routines.
• Preserve a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment in line with workplace safety and wellness guidelines.
• Build and preserve robust customer connections, making sure repeat visits and client fulfillment.
• Upsell spa solutions, treatments, and in-store goods to improve customer expertise.
• Track inventory levels of goods and consumables, status updates replenishment needs.
• Follow organisation procedures, treatment guidelines, and service improvement standard procedures.
• Stay informed with new spa methods, practices, and goods through ongoing development.

Valuable abilities:

• Accreditation in improved therapies (hot stone massage, Thai massage, hydrotherapy, etc.).
• Expertise in skincare brands and in-store sales methods.
• Capability to educate or train entry-level spa employees.

Work Environment:

Premium experience spa, resort, hotel, or wellness facility. Rotational changes, which includes weekends and holidays.
