Main Operation

Waiters and Waitresses are in charge of supplying outstanding dining service by taking orders, serving F&B, and making sure guests enjoy a memorable expertise. They play a vital position in producing awelcoming atmosphere and preserving the highest guidelines of hospitality and service in line with the establishment’s corporate identity.

Dining Zone Management:

• Set up tables, organize tableware, and ensure dining zones are clean and prepared for service.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and productively between guests.
• Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of the dining zone at all times.

F&B Expertise:

• Show good expertise in menu items, routine specials, wines, and beverages.
• Make strategic guidance and upsell dishes, desserts, and drinks where suitable.
• Offer details on food project setup, allergens, and ingredients as necessary.

Cash Managing and Invoicing:

Show invoices precisely and process payments using the dining venue’s POS system. Manage cash and card financial record with honesty and reliability and responsibility.

Expertise:

At least 1–2 years’ expertise as a male server/female server in a dining venue, hotel, or hospitality environment. Expertise in fine dining or premium experience service settings is a plus.
