Position Overview

We are looking for a devoted and creative Programming Trainer whose primary concentration is to mentor blind people in obtaining practical programming competencies and submitting application them to formulate operational, real-world projects. The position emphasizes practical learning and project-based results, where learners will work individually or in pairs to initiate a minimum of one operational project within a one-year period. The trainer will serve as a train, facilitator, and mentor to guarantee learners not only grasp coding notions but also gain the trust to build and deploy initiatives that handle real challenges.

Duties

  • Design and supply a organized year-long syllabus that balances programming theory with intensive project-based learning.
  • Coordinate learning sessions that introduce core programming languages, frameworks, and issue resolution methods
  • Execute consistent backups, system status reports, and preventive servicing & maintenance.
  • Supervise infrastructure effectiveness and execute guard measures to protect the company data.
  • Diagnose issues and settle IT-associated concerns promptly to reduce non-operational time.
  • Work alongside vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and procurement of IT assets.
  • Mentor learners in submitting application their expertise to real-life scenarios, making sure every learner or group concludes a minimum of one operational project inside the year.
  • Offer guidance, technical response, and assist during project ideation, design, development, running test, and initiate.
  • Produce cooperative platforms for knowledge where learners can work in pairs, optimizing collaboration and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Track and assess learner advancement constantly, offering consistent response and tailored direction to assist them overcome hurdles.
  • Arrange code assessments, peer programming exercises, and project exhibits to deepen comprehension and motivate responsibility.
  • Stay current with ongoing programming practices, resources, and procedures to guarantee learners are prepared with sector-specific competencies.

Necessary Credentials

  • Bsc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical expertise).
  • Demonstrated expertise as a programmer with a robust project sample of projects and initiatives.
  • Previous training, guidance, or facilitation expertise is highly preferred.
  • Competence in a minimum of two programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C-Sharp, or others).
  • Understanding with version regulate (Git), databases, and modern development frameworks or resources.
  • Robust capability to break down sophisticated programming notions into simple, practical steps.
  • Clear articulation, interpersonal, and planning abilities.
