Position Overview

The Billing and cash clerk will be in charge of managing all client financial record at the dining venue/social space, making sure precise invoicing, proper cash management, and outstanding client support. The position requires integrity, meticulousness, and the capability to operate productively in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Client support:

• Welcome clients warmly and offer support with invoicing questions.
• Settle basic payment-associated service issues politely and report to higher support tier sophisticated concerns to the manager.
• Preserve a specialist, friendly, and cooperative mindset at all times.

Adherence & Effectiveness:

• Verify that every financial record adhere with dining venue rules and financial rules.
• Ensure protection of cash and other payment instruments to prevent theft or loss.
• Keep the billing and cash clerk zone clean, structured, and professional in appearance.

Credentials

• OND in Accounting, Business Administrator, or relevant field (preferred but not required).
• 1 – 2 years of expertise
• Prior expertise as a billing and cash clerk, teller, or sales attendant in hotel management or in-store is a plus.
• Good quantitative and basic accounting competencies.
• Competence in using POS operational structures, Excel, and basic financial system.
• Robust meticulousness, precision, and integrity.
• Clear articulation and client support competencies.
• Capability to operate under pressure in a occupied dining venue/social space environment.
