Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, alert, and service-oriented Waitert o join our service team.
You will be in charge of taking orders, serving F&B, and making sure a pleasant dining expertise for all guests.
The preferred candidate should possess clear articulation competencies and the capability to operate productively in a dynamic environment.

Welcome clients warmly and show menus.
Take precise F&B orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve orders promptly and ensure proper visual communication and portioning.
Address client questions about menu items and make strategic guidance when suitable.
Check on clients routinely to guarantee fulfillment and handle any matters.
Clear tables, clean service zones, and reset tables for the next guests.
Process invoices, accept payments, and return adjustment or receipts precisely.
Follow all dining venue rules regarding food safety, hygiene, and client support.
Organize with kitchen and bar employees to guarantee prompt service.
Preserve a clean and specialist appearance at all times.

Previous expertise as a male server/female server or in a client-facing position is desirable.
Outstanding spoken communication and people skills.
Robust meticulousness and task juggling skill.
Friendly mindset with a client-first mentality.
Basic math competencies for managing payments.
Adaptive schedule to operate evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
Basic expertise in F&B, which includes allergens and dietary qualifications.
Understanding with POS operational structures and order-taking standardized processes.
Fluency in various languages (optional, but a plus in tourist or international settings).
