Role description

The Communications and Programs Internship will offer assistance in communications, programme dispatch, data governance, and voluntary assistant relation. The position is preferred for a ambitious person committed to nonprofit work, health support, and group effect, who is enthusiastic to gain practical experience in a agile and purpose-led environment.

Programs & Managerial Assist:

  • Offer programmatic and managerial assist to the work of the Foundation.
  • Prepare schedules and minutes of sessions.
  • Assist with arranging outreach initiatives, events, and capital raising marketing.
  • Offer assistance in interacting with voluntary assistants, members of the Foundation’s Assist Group, and other participants.

Data & Analysis:

  • Arrange and preserve databases to guarantee data precision and availability.
  • Assist the evaluation of data using suitable resources and structured approaches.
  • Organize documentation and demonstrations based on data findings for within and outside the organization use.
  • Recognize and assemble a complete list of applicable grant avenues from institutions and entities.

Other Obligations:

Carry out other duties as allocated to assist the Foundation’s purpose and targets.

Credentials

  • A recent graduate, or early-profession specialist with an interest in Community health Programme Execution, Communications, Community-related Sciences, or associated fields.
  • Robust drafting and verbal abilities.
  • Basic expertise in social platforms management and content formation (graphics, short videos, captions).
  • Competence in Office productivity software/Google Workspace; understanding with Canva or similar design resources is a plus.
  • Robust planning abilities and meticulousness.
  • Task juggling skill, work with little to no supervision, and work alongside within a team.
  • Enthusiasm for nonprofit work, cancer consciousness, and group effect.
