Overview

Concierges are the face of the Clubhouse, making sure that every visitor’s journey is smooth — from the moment they arrive until they depart. They oversee booking arrangements, VIP requests, and personalized experiences with discretion, elegance, and charm.

Primary duties

• Greet and help guests with competence, warmth, and poise.
• Oversee and verify booking arrangements, appointments, and visitor preferences.
• Offer tailored strategic guidance on table bundles, menus, and events.
• Manage VIP and high-profile visitor requests discreetly.
• Work alongside floor employees, hostesses, and guard to guarantee smooth processes.
• Expect visitor needs and offer smooth service.
• Upsell solutions which includes premium tables, bottle bundles, and exclusive experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 5’8” and above, eloquent, polished, and professional in appearance with a radiant smile.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Previous expertise in hotel management, hospitality attendant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Robust sense of discretion, secrecy, and competence.
• Adjustable timing (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Capability to remain calm and formulated under pressure.
