Job Description

Synchronization of and oversight of workers.
Offer plans for workers.
Allocate duty to building labourers.
Coordinate with service providers, managers and other participants, making sure that all parties remain aligned.
Convert plans into strategies.
Arranging the tools and labor necessary to finalize the project.
In charge of preserving safety and quality benchmarks.
Keeping thorough records of building on-site initiatives.
Carrying out the assignment allocated by your manager.
Convey any adjustment/directions on the project/assignment to the PM within 2 hours.
Answer to the allocated on-site a minimum of two Saturdays in any provided month when in-field
Sends the lists of workers and employees in-field and routine duty documentation to the allocated staff.
Arranges and sends the every month on-site financial plan on or before the 18th of every month.
Participate to other duty as allocated by your superior.

Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Building Tech.
3 years’ work expertise in Building Building.
Competence in on-site layout, grading, utility design, erosion regulate, compliance-related authorizations, etc.
Clear articulation and people skills.
