Role summary
- We are looking for passionate and dependable Dispatch Riders to join our team.
- In this position, you will be in charge of supplying bundles or other items to clients in a prompt and productive manner.
- You will play a key role in making sure client fulfillment and advocating our corporate identity positively.
Primary duties
- Safely operate a motorcycle or other vehicle to supply items to clients.
- Dispatch of items to clients/customers
- Navigate through city streets productively to meet dispatch due dates.
- Ensure the precision of supplies by double-checking items before exit.
- Preserve a specialist demeanor and offer outstanding client support during engagements.
- Follow safety rules and traffic legal provisions at all times.
- Keep the dispatch vehicle clean and in good operating requirement.
- Manage cash or digital payment financial record as necessary.
- Documentation any concerns or setbacks for executive review promptly.
Credentials
- Valid driver's permit and/or suitable accreditation for the vehicle used.
- Expertise in dispatch or riding is essential.
- Understanding with local roads and neighborhoods.
- Robust schedule control competencies and the capability to operate independently.
- Clear articulation and people skills.
- A smartphone with navigation capabilities.
Physical Qualifications:
- Capability to lift bundles weighing up.
- Prolonged periods of sitting or riding.
- Operating Terms:
- Any time, which includes evenings and weekends.
- Exposure to various weather terms.
