Job Description

As an Admissions Counselor, you are the trusted mentor for students and their families on the sophisticated journey to international college entry.
Your main objective is to oversee a devoted project sample of students, offering specialist and empathetic direction to guarantee their successful admission into "optimal choice" universities.
You are a mentor, strategist, and manager, project who builds solid connections and aids students craft applications that truly reflect their possibility.

Student Counseling: Carry out deep discussions with students and parents to comprehend their academic profile, ambitions, and financial factors, producing a tailored 'best-suit' tertiary institution list.
Application Management: Formulate and oversee thorough application timelines for each student, making sure all due dates are fulfilled for essays, tests, strategic guidance, and forms.
Essay & Personal Statement Mentoring: Offer specialist mentoring and response on personal statements and supplemental essays, assisting students find their voice and tell their story compellingly without drafting it for them.
Interview Project setup: Carry out mock interviews and offer feedback criticism to organize students for tertiary institution admissions interviews.
Information exchange: Preserve initiative-driven and effective communication with your project sample of students and parents, offering frequent updates and being their go-to asset for all application-associated questions.
Primary Concentration: Student Direction & Application Implementation

Main Objective: To mentor a project sample of students to successful admission into "optimal choice" universities.
Achievement indicators: High success rate of personal customer project sample, quality of tertiary institution placements, individual customer satisfaction scores.
KPI (The Lag Measure): Personal Customer Acceptance Rate (%)
Head Measures (The Actions):
Number of student/parent arrival processing sessions executed weekly.
Average essay prepare evaluate turnaround time (in hours).
Tracking Frequency: On a weekly basis.

At least Education: Bsc.
Preferred background: 3-5 years of direct expertise counseling students for international tertiary institution applications to the UK, US, and/or Canada.
Key Competencies: Student Counseling & Training, Exceptional Essay Editing & Mentoring, In-depth understanding of Application Channels (Common App, UCAS), Empathy & People skills, Schedule control & Company.
