Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, specialist, and alert Female server to join our team.
The Female server will be in charge of making sure an exceptional visitor expertise by offering efficient, productive, and courteous service.
She will take orders, serve food and drinks, manage payments, and preserve a clean and welcoming environment.
In a social space/club setting, the Female server is also anticipated to participate clients in a lively but specialist manner, upsell menu items, and preserve consciousness of visitor fulfillment throughout their stay.

Welcome and seat clients warmly, demonstrating menus and making strategic guidance.
Take precise food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
Serve meals and beverages productively while making sure outstanding visual communication.
Arrival processing with clients routinely to guarantee fulfillment and handle any matters.
Upsell food, drinks, and special campaigns to optimize sales.
Manage invoicing, process payments, and problem receipts.
Clear tables, reset seating zones, and preserve cleanliness of the dining zone.
Collaborate with other employees (bartenders, kitchen, organizers) to guarantee smooth service.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
Preserve a specialist, friendly, and approachable demeanor in all engagements.

At least SSCE / Secondary school Certification (higher credentials are a plus).
Prior expertise as a Female server/Steward in a dining venue, social space, or club (preferred but not always necessary).
Basic expertise in F&B service.
Expertise in cocktails, wines, and social space/club drink menus is a plus.
Must be a minimum of 18 years old (due to alcohol service qualifications).
Specialist appearance and grooming guidelines.
Capability to operate evenings, weekends, and late nights.

Client support competencies – capability to participate guests warmly and manage service issues calmly.
Verbal abilities – clear, assured, and specialist engagement with guests and team members.
Handling multiple responsibilities capability – manage various tables and requests under pressure.
Sales and persuasion – trust in revenue optimization drinks, meals, or campaigns.
Collaboration – work productively with kitchen, bar, and floor employees.
Schedule control – supply efficient, productive service during peak hours.
Meticulousness – ensure orders are accurate and tables are well-preserved.
Stamina & physical fitness – capability to stand/walk for long hours, carry trays, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
