About the Position
- A hardworking brand promoter needed for our Lagos workspace. Must be a go-getter and powerful to market a Hybrid Social platforms App. We will educate the associate how the app works and what to market.
- They must be capable to execute unconventional and often unexpected promotion plans to reach target target groups.
- This might engage outdoor system setups, interacting with local businesses, or using street teams to advance.
- They will be in charge of designing and carrying out grassroots marketing that increase participation and consciousness, often concentrating on unique and memorable experiences of capabilities utilized in the app.
Primary duties
- Interacting with local networks and businesses: Developing rapport with local entities and businesses to assist promotion programs and leverage their networks.
- Coordinating logistics and assets: Monitoring comprehensive logistics, which includes authorizing, site scouting, and recruiting/development street teams.
- Operating with cross-operational teams: Partnering with corporate identity, strategic collaborations, and content teams to guarantee regular communication tone and narrative creation.
- Tracking and measuring marketing performance: Supervising key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) and status updates on marketing outcomes to enhance future plans.
- Staying current with practices and industry standards: Remaining informed about the latest practices in promotion, especially in the sports or other specific sectors they may be targeting.
- Sharing information with multifaceted target groups: Crafting compelling and influential communication tone across multiple target groups, whether through social platforms, flyers, or in-person engagements.
- Producing marketing assets: Conceptualizing and circulating marketing assets, which includes flyers, posters, and branded merchandise.
- Outdoor system setups: Placing short-term, eye-catching objects or pieces of art in high-traffic zones to produce buzz and social platforms exchanging.
- Street teams: Utilizing individuals to dispatch flyers, interact with the public, and advance goods or solutions in public spaces.
- In-person events: Arranging events and group gatherings to participate with the target audience.
- Local strategic collaborations: Partnering with local businesses, sports entities, and group groups to leverage their networks and assets.
- Paperwork and digital promotion twice a week and Gorilla promotion thrice a week
- Must know people and companies. Make them sign up, use it and produce income.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of expertise in a promotion position.
- At least OND in Promotion, Business Management or a relevant field.
- Must be subscribed to and fully familiarized with the operational base prior to the physical interview.
- Robust verbal and professional writing competencies.
- Verified ability to draw in and transform new users.
- Competence in Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding client support and people skills.
- Capability to learn quickly and work with little to no supervision.
- High level of commitment, honesty and reliability, and truthfulness.
- Energetic, persuasive, and self-driven.
