Position Overview
We are looking for dependable and specialist Dispatch Riders to join our dining venue team in Ikoyi. The successful applicants will be in charge of prompt and precise dispatch of food orders to clients, making sure top-notch support and client fulfillment.
Primary duties
- Safely and promptly supply food orders to clients within Ikoyi and surrounding zones.
- Ensure precise order pick-up and dispatch.
- Offer outstanding client support and preserve competence at all times.
- Manage cash and POS payments when necessary.
- Take proper care of the allocated motorcycle and documentation any faults or servicing & maintenance needs.
- Follow all traffic rules and health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- At least SSCE certification.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Delivery rider, ideally in the food/dining venue industry.
- Valid Rider’s Card/Driving permit.
- Good expertise in Lagos routes, especially Ikoyi and its environs.
- Clear expression and people skills.
- On time, trustworthy, and client-oriented
