- We are seeking a proficient and devoted Spa specialist to join our wellness team.
- The preferred candidate will be in charge of supplying a variety of specialist spa treatments, assisting customers relax, rejuvenate, and accomplish entire well-being.
- You must possess a enthusiasm for wellness and a deep knowledge of massage methods and spa therapies.
Duties
- Execute various body and facial treatments which includes massages, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, and relaxation therapies.
- Carry out pre-treatment discussions and customize solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
- Preserve a clean, structured, and tranquil treatment zone in accordance with hygiene guidelines.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through specialist service and a welcoming demeanor.
- Endorse suitable home-care goods and wellness routines.
- Document treatment description, preferences, and any contraindications.
- Stay informed with spa practices, methods, and service understanding.
- Help desk members and support to the smooth process of the spa.
- Competence in various massage methods (e.g., Swedish, in-depth tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy).
- Expertise in body and skin care treatments.
- Clear articulation and client support competencies.
- Calm, friendly, and specialist demeanor.
- Capability to evaluate customer needs and endorse appropriate treatments.
- Good physical stamina and hand power for massage work.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years operating expertise in a spa, resort, or wellness center.
