Job Description

Work alongside factory executive guidance to enable our skills accomplish business targets and align Human resources plans that support to business success.
Support to the formation and implementation of Human resources programs and programs that handle business needs and enhance staff fulfillment.
Work alongside executive guidance to recognize key skilled needs and formulate plans for maintaining and conceptualizing possibility employees.
Execute results tracking methods, which includes objective planning, effectiveness reviews, and professional development strategies.
Oversee relation programme in order to improve factory's effectiveness and advance a positive employee expertise

Bsc in industrial engineering, Management, Business Management, or a relevant field.
At least 7 years of progressive Human resources expertise, with a minimum of 2 years in a top level HRBP position.
Deep knowledge of work legal provisions, rules, and Human resources industry standards in a production operations FMCG environment.
Verified ability to work alongside cross-operational teams and shape strategic judgment at various corporate levels.
Clear articulation and people skills, with the capability to foster connections and settle clashes productively.
Expertise in adjustment management, business improvement, and employee relation programs.
Competence in HRIS operational structures and MS Workspace suite; expertise with staff data analysis will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical abilities and the capability to manage sensitive and private information with discretion.
