Position summary

This is a full-time, in-field position located in Abuja for an Financial funding Associate. The Financial funding Associate will be in charge of carrying out financial evaluation, building financial projections, executing due diligence, and analyzing financial opportunities. The position also includes assisting the financial funding team in strategic judgment methods and getting ready thorough documentation and demonstrations. The associate will collaborate with top level team members to guarantee precise and productive evaluation and support to the entire success of the firm’s financial funding plans.

Credentials

• Bsc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field
• Robust Financial forecasting competencies
• Critical thinking and expertise in carrying out Due Diligence
• Competence in Finance and Investments (VC & Private Equity)
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies
• Robust meticulousness and planning abilities
• Capability to operate jointly and independently
• Expertise in the advising or financial funding industry will be an added advantage
• Expertise/expertise in the Technology New venture ecosystem
• Robust critical thinking with a verified ability to analyze sophisticated financial data and market analysis
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies, with the capability to propose concepts transparently and persuasively.

Preferred:

• MSC in Business Management (Master of business administration) or applicable a member of a professional body (CFA, CAIA, etc.)
• Expertise with financial forecasting and appraisal methods
• Exhibited interest in industry trends and financial funding plans.
