About The Position Scope:

 Duties

• Supervise the management of Knight Frank handled properties, which includes building processes and management, customer/tenant relations, leasing, and finance reporting.
• Build tenant fulfillment making sure prompt client engagement on escalated concerns, and authorizing tenant events.
• Ensure rent leases are renewed when due and all recordkeeping are properly signed and filed
• Verify that every new occupants accept and sign their lease accord before moving into the real estate
• Organize thorough every month, every quarter, and yearly real estate/service charge documentation/accounts and financial plans advance same to customers and occupants.
• Collaborate with Finance unit to organize service charge accounts and assessments same for all handled properties
• Oversee vendor connections with guard, janitorial, landscaping, which includes the offering process and effectiveness qualifications.
• Offer direction to the real estate executive team, producing a positive work environment and preserving team morale.
• Endorses modifications to rents and fees in accordance with market modifications and advise customer of same
• Arranges and conceptualizes yearly real estate management operating financial plan
• Supervise management, management, agreement adherence and servicing & maintenance of all KF handled real estate.
• Formulate and execute associated real estate management rules and standardized processes
• Oversee the business and financial initiatives of the department to comprise of: manpower planning levels, financial plans and financial targets.
• Collaborate with the Facility Management department to formulate, execute and track preventive servicing & maintenance and capital advancement strategies for all properties under KF management.
• Oversee Real estate Management employees and evaluate/track their effectiveness for specialist carry out with occupants, other employees repeatedly inside the KF regulatory framework
• Participate suitable federal, state, private, and local housing sessions and be primary point of contact with state programme delegates in addition to entities to which KF delivers real estate management solutions under agreement.
• Manages and supervises all Real estate management adherence associated qualifications
• Ensures all handled properties are fully tenanted
• Carry out potential opportunities in-field inspections, advising them on the appropriateness and value of the real estate of interest
