Work-related Therapist - Locum at Caring Habitat Global Limited in Abraham Adesanya, Lekki - Lagos

Role Overview

We pursue a compassionate and meticulous Work-related therapist, who will be assigned with the process and management of Work-related therapy to patients.

Primary duties

• Carry out complete starting and ongoing reviews of patients' physical, cognitive, psychological, and sensory-motor capabilities, in addition to their environments.
• Analyze evaluation outcomes to decide the patient's operational needs and establish patient-centered, measurable, and realistic treatment targets.
• Formulate and execute individualized treatment strategies utilizing purposeful and meaningful initiatives (careers).
• Offer proficient interventions, which includes therapeutic exercise, activity modification, sensory consolidation methods, and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Teach and educate patients and their families/caregivers on therapeutic methods, use of adaptive tools, and plans for ecological modifications.
• Work alongside productively as a member of a cross-functional team (which includes Doctors, physiotherapy practitioners, speech therapist, Dietician, Nurses) to organize care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Select, endorse, and fabricate adaptive tools and assistive tech (e.g., splints, mobility helps, dressing helps) and educate patients on their accurate use.
• Precisely and prompt record patient advancement, treatments, invoicing, and all other clinical initiatives in accordance with compliance guidelines and facility rules.
• Engage in patient case professional forums, team sessions, and discharge organizing.

Credentials

• Work-related therapy permit
• At least two (2) years of expertise in Work-related therapy.
• Self-driven, objective-oriented and capable to operate independently

Pay Bundle

Routine pay of 10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira).
