Duties

• Seeking questions to uncover customers’ preferences and recognize any medical matters or allergies
• Clarifying the steps of therapies and responding questions before, during and after solutions
• Managing therapies, which includes massages and facials
• Notating customer records with solutions carried out and any significant reminders for future solutions
• Thoroughly cleaning tools and evolving sheets before each assignment
• Updating stock when removing inventory from storage
• Managing customer service issues and status updates injuries or illnesses for executive review
• Endorsing additional goods and solutions that may advantage the customer.

Requirement
