• Ensure hospital processes adhere with healthcare rules, certification guidelines, and corporate rules.
• Carry out consistent audits and inspections of clinical and managerial methods.
• Explore and evaluate incidents, errors, or near-misses to recognize root causes.
• Endorse corrective and preventive actions to reduce risk risks.
• Advance an environment that fosters quality, safety, and ongoing development.
• Collect and evaluate quality data to recognize practices and zones for advancement.
• Organize thorough documentation on excellent output for management evaluate.
• Work alongside departments to execute creative strategies for quality improvement.
• Help in preparations for certification and accreditation methods.
• Guarantee preparation for within and outside the organization quality audits.
• Must be a resident of Warri or its environs

Qualifications

• Must have an Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or other Community-related Sciences associated discipline
• Additional qualifications in Standards oversight or Patient Safety are a plus.
• At least 1 year of expertise in QA or healthcare management.
