Duties
- Head and oversee a class
- Recognize and adopt the most impactful training approaches for the pupils.
- Track training and learning initiatives to meet the needs of the pupils
- Strategy and supply efficient sequences of lessons
- Recognize and train abilities that will formulate pupils’ capability to operate independently and convey productively
- Recognize and train abilities that will formulate pupils’ community-related autonomy
- Head a subject(s) or recognized zone inside the School Advancement Strategy and ensure advancement is a minimum of good.
- Documentation pupils’ advancement.
Requirement
