Role summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to assist daily financial processes across various divisions. The position includes preserving precise finance records, processing financial record, getting ready documentation for audits and tax purposes, and making sure adherence with accounting guidelines.

Duties

• Assist the project setup and evaluation of financial statements which includes balance sheets, earnings statements, and management documentation
• Engage in end of month and end of year closing initiatives, which includes transaction entries, accruals, and adjustments (bank and credit cards)
• Guarantee promptness and precise processing of payments, bills, and other financial financial record for employees, vendors, and associates
• Preserve precise finance records and recordkeeping to assist audit, tax, and internal evaluate methods
• Guarantee adherence possessing applicable financial compliance guidelines which includes GAAP or IFRS
• Help in offering financial data and evaluation to assist business strategic judgment and strategic organizing
• Work alongside internal teams and external auditors to assist the successful finalization of audits

Qualifications

• Bsc in Finance, Accounting, or in a relevant field. 
• Specialist certification which includes ICAN, ACCA 
• A minimum of 2-3 years of expertise operating as a finance associate. 
• Competence in combined finance Management software, which includes NetSuite, yooz and Approvalmax. 
• Comprehensive expertise in accounting guidelines, financial standardized processes, and relevant tax codes. 
• Attention to description 
• Outstanding alliances and verbal abilities.
