Responsibilites

• Syllabus Dispatch: Strategy and supply compelling, well-organized lessons in Biology & Chemistry, in sync with the school’s academic calendar and the guidelines of national and international examination bodies.
• External Exam Project setup: Thoroughly organize students for standardized exams (e.g., WAEC, NECO, IGCSE) through attentive training, past question assessments, mock exams, and organized adjustment programs.
• Student Evaluation: Design, manage, and grade tests, tasks, quizzes, and practical exercises to track and assess student advancement constantly.
• Practical & Theoretical Guidance: Carry out laboratory sessions and exhibitions in Biology & Chemistry and associate mathematical notions to real-life applications to assist in-depth student comprehension.
• Academic Assist: Recognize learning differences and offer additional assist or remedial classes to assist students meet academic guidelines and excel in both within and outside the organization evaluations.
• Classroom & Conduct Management: Preserve a well-structured, self-controlled, and helpful classroom environment that promotes active involvement and academic superiority.
• Use of Tech: Combine modern training resources and digital assets, which includes teaching software, simulations, and online channels, to improve instructional dispatch.
• Document Keeping & Status updates: Preserve precise and current records of student effectiveness, presence, lesson strategies, and examination outcomes.
• Partnership & Information exchange: Work jointly with teammates, school executive guidance, and parents to assist student advancement and align training plans with entire school targets
• Career advancement: Stay informed with progress updates in Biology & Chemistry education, in addition to exam board qualifications, and engage in ongoing development and skills development.

Qualifications
