Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and logical Finance Associate to assist daily financial processes, which includes financial planning, status updates, ledger review, and financial evaluation. The preferred candidate will possess a solid base in finance and accounting principles, must possess applicable qualifications, advising expertise, outstanding planning abilities, and the capability to support to both business and strategic financial initiatives.g financial planning, status updates, ledger review, and financial evaluation.

Key Duties

• Help with the project setup of balance sheet and income statement, management documentation, and financial difference assessment.
• Assist end of month and end of year closing methods.
• Preserve precise and current general ledger accounts and evidence files.
• Execute adjustments of bank accounts, and internal finance records.
• Assist financial planning and predicting initiatives and offer statistics-driven findings to enhance financial effectiveness.
• Help with audits, making sure adherence with organizational guidelines and external rules.
• Process bills, payments, and cost summaries in a prompt and precise manner.
• Organize with other departments to collect financial data and enhance status updates effectiveness.
• Support to the advancement of financial methods, regulates, and operational structures.
• Stay informed on financial rules and practices applicable to the company.

Credentials

• Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of expertise in a finance, accounting position and advising
• Deep knowledge of financial principles, accounting guidelines, and status updates procedures.
• Must possess qualifications (e.g ICAN ACA)
• Skilled in MS Excel and financial/financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Outstanding logical, corporate, and analytical abilities.
• Robust meticulousness and precision.
• Clear communication competencies and capability to operate jointly cross-departmentally.
