Positions

  • Status updates to the Chief of Radiology Unit, as a Radiologic technologist, you'll examine various types of images, which includes x-rays, computer tomography (CT) scans, ultrasounds, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans.
  • The incumbent will assist in the diagnosis of patients through capturing images of bones, organs and human tissue.
  • This position entails making sure adherence with established safety rules and standardized processes when operating radiation tools in order to prevent ill-exposure to ionizing radiation.
  • The Incumbent will operate the machinery used to collect these images, take duties for radiation safety, convey test outcomes, and acquire patient records from patient interviews.

Duties

  • Executing diagnostic imaging standardized processes, which includes MRI, CT, X-Rays, and ultrasound.
  • Convey test outcomes and their diagnosis to a patient's primary medical doctor through a documentation.
  • Acquiring patient records from patient interviews
  • Assume accountability for radiation safety in work zone, which includes checking tools for malfunctions and errors
  • Keeping current by participating supporting development on treatment and tools;
  • Track patients during and after radiation to guarantee proper response to treatment.
  • Set precise radiation levels in accordance with established guidelines, and also acquire patient approval prior to diagnostic imaging to fulfill lawful qualifications.
  • Directing and supervising the work of radiography assistants and student radiologic technologists;
  • Generating documentation as and when necessary;

  • Formulate films and process digital images to acquire premium quality radiographs which are delivered to physicians for analysis.
