Position Overview

The successful applicant will be in charge of producing precise technical drawings and strategies using CAD software, based on requirements offered by engineers, architects, or UI/UX professionals. The position requires precision, a deep knowledge of industry guidelines, and efficient partnership with project teams to guarantee premium quality design results.

Duties

• Generate thorough technical drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software.
• Analyze sketches, requirements, and design documents from architects and engineers.
• Guarantee adherence with composing guidelines (e.g., ANSI, ISO) and internal standard procedures.
• Add annotations, dimensions, symbols, and description to drawings to transparently communicate design intent.
• Work alongside engineers, architects, and other experts to integrate design modifications.
• Arrange and oversee drawing files with efficient record regulate and version management.
• Offer IT assistance during building or production operations phases by dealing with design queries.
• Update and modify drawings based on response, markups, or design modifications.
• Execute inspection procedures on all drawings to guarantee precision and compliance to guidelines.
• Specialize in specific composing disciplines (e.g., architectural, mechanical, electrical) as necessary.
• Contribute to task team discussions to align designs with project qualifications and restrictions.
• Occasionally visit building sites to assist drawing-associated duty or settle concerns.

Credentials

• Certification or Academic qualification in Composing, Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated expertise as a draftsman in the building industry.
• Skilled in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Solid understanding of composing guidelines and procedures.
• High meticulousness and precision in generating system manuals.
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies for efficient team partnership.
• Robust issue resolution abilities to recognize and settle design hurdles.
• Competent of coordinating various projects and delivering consistently productively.
