Job Description

We are looking for a Top level Recruitment Associate to assist our worldwide recruiting and assist secure high performer for Reliance Health’s growth.
In this position, you will specialize in procurement, applicant relation, and hiring process processes, operating closely with recruiting teams and division key stakeholders.
The preferred candidate is analytics-based, proficient in modern procurement methods, and adept at using hiring process technical solutions to supply a smooth application journey and premium quality recruits.

At least 3 years of practical recruitment expertise, ideally in high-growth entities.
Robust competence in procurement and compelling applicants across attractive and emerging markets, using resources which includes LinkedIn Talent scout, ATS, and CRM operational structures.
Proficient in carrying out organized interviews, applicant evaluations, and letter of recommendation checks.
Expertise assisting company brand identity and hiring process promotion programs.
Skilled in using ATS, procurement channels, and automatic control resources to streamline hiring process methods.
Cozy operating in dynamic, effectiveness-driven environments with adapting key focuses.
Knowledgeable about hiring process data analysis and capable to track performance indicators to lead process enhancements.
Consciousness of worldwide recruiting procedures, work legal provisions, and adherence qualifications.
Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and stakeholder engagement competencies, with the capability to operate across multifaceted and cross-cultural teams.
