Internal Regulate & QA Associate at Lily Hospitals Limited in Woji, Rivers

About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Internal Regulate & QA Associate to join our team. The preferred candidate will play a main responsibility in supervising, evaluating, and optimizing quality methods, while making sure adherence with internal regulate operational structures and international guidelines which includes ISO, COHSASA, and Kaizen.

Primary duties

• Carry out every quarter evaluation of Net Advocate Score and other client support reviews.
• Execute every month spot checks on clinical and non-clinical methods.
• Evaluate and documentation patient response through visits, surveys, and external audits.
• Explore and settle risks, near misses, and incidents on a routine basis.
• Track and documentation execution excellent quality Advancement Projects (QIPs).
• Assist internal quality audits and guarantee adherence with ISO and COHSASA guidelines.
• Carry out risk evaluations, recognize regulate differences, and assist process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in a applicable science discipline.
• At least 2 years’ expertise in QA or Internal Regulate, ideally in the healthcare or service sector.
• Solid understanding excellent quality Management Operational structures (ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, DMAIC).
• Robust logical, information exchange, and status updates competencies.
