Top level Processes Staff - Seaport operations at Ankorpointe Integrated Limited in Port Harcourt, Rivers

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and highly proficient Top level Processes Staff to supervise and oversee our seaport operations, with a robust concentration on houseboats, barges, and fleet management. The successful applicant will ensure safe, productive, and cost-efficient processes, while also assisting servicing & maintenance, logistics, and future fleet purchases.

Project & Logistics Assist:

• Oversee logistics connected with deploying of houseboats/barges to remote marine operations/riverine sites.
• Organize with project teams on marine assist qualifications.
• Help in organizing for future vessel purchases and upgrades.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field (MSC a plus).
• 10+ years’ demonstrated expertise in seaport operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or high-level position.
• Solid understanding of houseboat and barge processes in petroleum sector or marine logistics environments.
• Understanding with NIMASA rules, marine Health, safety, and environment guidelines, and vessel servicing & maintenance organizing.
• Exhibited executive guidance capability with high-performing group leadership abilities.
• Clear articulation, issue resolution, and strategic judgment abilities.

Preferred Competencies:

• Accreditation in ISM/ISPS, STCW, or Remote marine operations Survival (BOSIET).
• Expertise with marine procurement, negotiating, and vendor management.
• Robust technical profile in vessel servicing & maintenance, repairs, and processes.
• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
