Position Objective

In charge of collecting the necessary data in getting ready the organizing financial plan for the activity, comparing it with the actual outcomes, and proposing corrective actions in order to follow the organizing financial plan.

Work tasks

• Collect, track and evaluate the elements of activity expenses with the goal of delivering the qualifications of financial planning and expense management.
• Organize, collect and assemble actual and organized data for all initiatives in order to calculate effectiveness indicators.
• Collect data and engages in the project setup of organizing financial plans for the activity and compare them with the actual outcomes and observes the cost elements of the goods in order to follow the organizing financial plan and accomplish the targets.
• Collect the necessary data to organize periodic comparisons of the every month strategies of the activity (validated / actual) in order to attain regulate and performance check.
• Organize the necessary documentation for the activity to assist strategic judgment connected with expenses and engages in the evaluation of financial indicators for all cost items of the activity.
• Track stock and documentation with the goal of assisting in making suitable decisions
• Engage and organize the qualifications of the stock process for stores in order to confirm the balances.
• Check in the execution of advancement projects in the activity in order to know the progress updates and the financial effect on the cost.
• Engage in the evaluation of deviations of the actual effectiveness investigative from the organized activity in order to assist the process of performance check and assessment.

Position Credentials

• Bsc in commerce, Accounting Department.
• 0-2 Years of expertise.
• Proficient in both documented and spoken English.
• Skilled with MS Workspace programs and SAP S4/Hana.
