Sales Superiority Associate at Reliance Health in Nigeria (Remote)

About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Superiority Associate to assist us scale and strengthen our sales processes in Nigeria. In this position, you will collaborate with the business development team to enhance resources, methods, and effectiveness. You’ll assist CRM hygiene, evaluate sales data, and lead enhancements in sales pitch quality and enablement. This position is preferred for someone with a robust logical mentality, meticulousness, and a enthusiasm for assisting top-performing sales teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of expertise in sales processes, sales enablement, customer experience, or sales assist.
• Understanding with CRM operational structures which includes Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Robust logical, status updates, and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Capability to oversee various duty and participants in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both French and English (operating language of the organization).
• Understanding with sales methods and enablement plan will be an added advantage.
