Position Overview

We are searching for an skilled Top level Internship at our Abuja facility. 

 Objective of Role

The top level internship plays a main responsibility in the Propcom+ team. The defined aim of the role is to offer Clerical and managerial assist to your allocated Team

Main duties

• The main responsibility of the Top level Internship is spread across the items listed key processes:
• Help in the project setup of summaries, documentation, and associated information goods for the team in line with the team's strategy (which is a living record).
• Assist the team in conceptualizing/updating applicable resources, capturing stories, and collating goods in line with the strategy.
• Under the oversight of your manager, actively support to the accomplishment of program learning targets, targets, advancement markers, achievements and targets and evidence as necessary.
• Help the team in conducting analysis applicable databases and other data suppliers for dependable data needed by the team and the program at large.
• Help the team to guarantee that its initiatives are fully combined with other P+ methods (i.e., processes, technical, communications, M&E operational structures).
• Assist the archival and management of applicable goods.
• Carry out other duty as accepted by your direct supervisor.

Collaboration:

Actively support to Team building inside the P+ team – use of divided purpose, aspiration, values, identity/public profile, use of employees sessions, employees welfare, community-related events, official and informal avenues, etc, to reinforce collaboration. Observe out for, bring to attention, and assist the solution of internal hurdles affecting on group results. Preserve close operating connections with members of P+ MEL, Communications, Technical services and operations Assist Teams. Preserve robust operating connections with other members of the Palladium Teams to supply a divided work strategy.
