Role summary

As a Entry-level trainee, you will play a key role in assisting various programs inside the company or group to assist organized programme targeted at conceptualizing your processes, management, executive and management abilities across various departments inside the company. This role is designed for recent graduates who are recent graduates and at present serving their NYSC, and it proposals rare opportunities to build competencies, engage in group projects, and gain practical expertise in your site of study. Primary duties

• Engage in a complete development programme designed to offer exposure to different business processes, which includes processes, promotion, finance, and HR.
• Help during the formation and execution of projects targeted at optimizing process effectiveness and client fulfillment.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to collect data, evaluate key indicators, and assist strategic judgment methods.
• Engage in issue resolution and strategic organizing exercises to formulate robust logical thinking and creative invention competencies.
• Track and documentation on the advancement of various projects to top level management, offering findings and strategic guidance for advancement.
• Participate workshops and development sessions to improve your competencies in executive guidance, information exchange, and project coordination.
• Establish and preserve efficient operating connections with team members and participants at all levels.

Qualifications Credentials:

• Bsc in Business Management, Management, or a relevant field (recent graduates are inspired to submit application).
• Finalization of NYSC or at present serving.
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Clear articulation and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to operate well both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• High level of inspiration and readiness to learn.
• Competence in MS Workspace Suite and understanding with data evaluation resources will be an added advantage.
