Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and agile English and Linguistics Teacher to join our team of world-class teachers influencing innovation of our learners.

Primary duties

• Train English Language and Linguistics across allocated classes with superiority and creativeness.
• Design compelling lesson strategies that motivate a love for reading, drafting, speaking, and critical evaluation.
• Integrate creative training methods, which includes the use of tech, to improve learning results.
• Evaluate, grade, and offer feedback criticism to students in line with school guidelines.
• Promote verbal abilities, trust, and appreciation of literature and linguistics.
• Assist school-wide literary initiatives which includes debates, spelling bees, drama, and drafting contests.
• Uphold the school’s values and support to comprehensive student development.

Qualifications

• Bsc in English, Linguistics, Education, or relevant field (MSC is a plus).
• At least 2–3 years of educational background experience in English Language and/or Linguistics.
• Exhibited superiority in classroom management and student relation.
• Robust documented and spoken communication competencies.
• Understanding with modern pedagogy, digital training resources, and evaluation procedures.
• A enthusiasm for training and uplifting young learners.
